Job Title: Registered Care Manager (Dom care)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

The Care Manager Role:
We seek an experienced and compassionate Care Manager to oversee the delivery of care services, manage a team of care staff, and ensure high standards of care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of care services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for all clients.
* Manage, support, and mentor care staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Conduct assessments and reviews of care plans to meet clients' changing needs.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies, including CQC requirements.
* Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
* Monitor and manage the care service budget, ensuring efficient resource use.
* Maintain accurate records, including care plans, staff schedules, and incident reports.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Care Manager or similar role within healthcare or social care.
* Full UK driving license is required.
* Strong understanding of care regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and compassion.
* Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Experience managing budgets, resources, and schedules.
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
* Experience with CQC inspections and compliance is highly desirable.
