Our client is currently seeking an experienced NEC PM / Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis in NE Lincolnshire. This role involves working on a significant urban regeneration project.
* Effectively managing and supervising NEC contracts in accordance with industry standards
* Ensuring project milestones are met within the agreed timelines and budgets
* Conducting on-site inspections and overseeing construction activities
* Coordinating with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure project compliance
* Preparing and delivering detailed progress reports
* Facilitating effective communication between project teams and external parties
* Implementing quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications
* Providing NEC expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
* Experience in managing and supervising NEC contracts in the highways sector
* Strong understanding of highway construction and maintenance practices
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for highway projects
* CSCS card holder
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility to work on-site (3 days a week) and remotely (2 days a week) if required
* Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or related disciplines
Contract Details:
* Role commences from 12th April
* Contract duration: 9 months
* £40 - £45 an hour, Outside IR35
* Local Authority urban regeneration project
