Title: Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis. This role will play a key role in driving strategic growth and visibility for the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for marketing and business development in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update marketing materials and lawyer bios to reflect expertise
* Coordinate proposals, RFPs, and presentations
* Track pitch outcomes and support business planning
* Identify and manage events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
* Collaborate on thought leadership, newsletters, and client alerts
* Support legal directory submissions and press releases
* Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and mailing lists
* Conduct market research and track industry trends
* Assist with budgeting, expenses, and administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
* 2–3 years’ experience in a law firm
* Degree in marketing or related field
* Excellent communication, organisation, and tech skills
