Being part of the UK Support functions, they are at the backbone of our UK operations.**How you’ll help us make health happen:*** You will manage an array of immigration and Sponsorship compliance enquires and cases, which will come through a variety of channels.* You will provide guidance and support at all levels throughout the business and advise whether an employee is eligible for sponsorship in the UK under the Skilled worker visa route.* You will be responsible for submitting accurate and compliant applications for Certificates of Sponsorship directly through the Home Office’s Sponsorship Management System.* On each case, you will deliver excellent level of services and support to our internal stakeholders and customers across all parts of the Bupa business.* You will play a vital role in ensuring Bupa and our sponsored work force remain compliant with key home office legislation.**Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role*** Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills* Ideally someone who has experience in compliance, onboarding or who comes from a regulated industry.* Proactive, attention to detail, highly organised, excellent time management skills and able to manage various jobs* Good level of administration experience and MS Office and IT skillsWe’re a health insurer and provider.
