The Role:
As a Roadside Mechanic, you'll be the face of the business—helping customers during breakdown situations and ensuring their journey continues safely. You’ll work independently in a fully equipped vehicle, backed by a national support network and cutting-edge diagnostic tools.
Key Responsibilities as a Roadside Mechanic:
4. Attending vehicle breakdowns and providing effective roadside repairs
5. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
6. Delivering excellent customer service under pressure
7. Managing your own van and tools while working in the field
8. Working flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
What We're Looking for in a Roadside Mechanic:
9. Level 2 (or above) qualification in light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent)
10. Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic capabilities
11. Great communication skills with a customer-first approach
12. Full UK driving licence
13. Willingness to work flexible shifts and occasional overnight stays
