Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Creative Manager in New York and collaborating closely with our international team, the Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of global campaigns, create high‑quality social media and digital content, and assist with day‑to‑day marketing operations. The primary focus is to elevate Tarisio’s online presence while ensuring brand consistency, alignment and engagement across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and schedule engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, with a primary focus on our London and Berlin offices.
* Assist in the creation and distribution of various campaigns and email newsletters.
* Support updates to the website and related features.
* Manage and maintain campaign and content calendars.
* Assist with auction‑related marketing, including catalogue promotion.
* Coordinate logistics for marketing events, partnerships and press initiatives.
* Monitor and report campaign performance insights.
* Support the Marketing & Creative Manager with administrative tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution.
* Collaborate with Sales and Consignment teams to highlight and promote stories, musicians and collector features.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 1+ years of marketing or communications experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with digital content creation, graphic design and video editing for social media.
* Ability to use Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
* Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
* Familiarity with the string music industry or related arts sector.
* Additional language skills preferred, but not required.
