*Desired Skills and Experience:*
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the drainage and plumbing industry
* Prior supervisory experience essential
* Knowledge of Drainage CCTV surveys and reports
* Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
* Strong operational problem-solving skills
* Ability to give clear instructions and coach engineers both on-site and remotely
* Full UK driving licence
* Positive leadership style with the ability to influence and motivate teams
*Responsibilities:*
* Supervise Engineers & General Assistants, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
* Visit client sites, liaising with customers, contractors, and IVDC staff
* Enforce Health & Safety compliance and carry out site audits, incident investigations, and training
* Manage resources including labour, machinery, materials, and subcontractors
* Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and fleet management tasks
* Support Engineer and GA training
* Resolve customer and public complaints through investigation and communication
* Assist operations and sales teams with project planning and issue resolution
* Provide cover for other supervisors and take part in the out-of-hours rota
