Key Responsibilities
Lead & Opportunity Support
* Researching and qualifying inbound leads against basic criteria
* Maintaining and updating lead and contact records in the CRM
* Assigning or routing leads to appropriate sales representatives
* Monitoring shared inboxes for sales enquiries and responding to standard queries
Quoting & Order Processing
* Assisting with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and order forms
* Entering orders accurately into internal systems
* Coordinating with operations, production, or logistics teams to confirm lead times
* Tracking order status and communicating updates to customers
Marketing & Engagement
* Create and schedule social media content; respond to engagement.
* Support LinkedIn activity and networking campaigns.
* Assist with marketing projects, including trade show data research, sample send out and contact list building.
Quoting & Order Processing*
* Assisting with the preparation of quotes, proposals, and order forms
* Entering orders accurately into internal systems
* Coordinating with operations, production, or logistics teams to confirm lead times
* Tracking order status and communicating updates to customers
Sales Enablement
* Supporting campaigns with outbound calling and email follow-ups
* Collecting customer feedback and relaying insights to the sales team
* Learning product offerings and common objections to support conversations
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Confident on the phone and comfortable communicating by email.
* Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
* Friendly, reliable and team-oriented, with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
* Experience in customer facing, service and communication is desirable
