The Role
This is a superb opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's Family Law presence across the South Coast. Key Responsibilities
1. Your role will be to handle a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters, including high-value and complex cases.
2. Provide leadership by supervising and mentor junior team members.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering empathetic and professional guidance on sensitive family matters
4. Drive business development efforts, with an established presence in the South East or South Coast being advantageous
Requirements
5. You must be an experienced Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE gained in a similar environment. You will be technically proficient and commercially astute and have a proven track record in handling complex and high-value family cases.
6. Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
7. A proven ability to build lasting client relationships and business development
