The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons
* Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
* Help students develop confidence, resilience, and engagement
* Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
* Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and SEND staff
* Build positive relationships and become a trusted role model
