Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst at Aviva, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and shaping business challenges and opportunities across people, processes, and technology—driving solutions from concept through to successful delivery. You’ll work within a dynamic team that delivers strategic projects and programmes, ensuring solutions align with business needs and deliver real value. Qualifications
* Understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory standards; familiarity with the London Market is advantageous.
* Proven ability to deliver business solutions for strategic projects, balancing cost, quality, and time.
* Knowledge of industry best practices and ability to apply appropriate tools and methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to develop cost-effective solutions that meet business needs.
