Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyse customer queries, and the capability to upsell products when appropriate.
Duties
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
* Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
* Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem, solving and customer satisfaction.
