What You'll Be Doing
1. Managing a busy inbox and processing sales orders, quotations, and queries
2. Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat (with a target to answer 90% of calls within 2 seconds!)
3. Building strong relationships with customers, going the extra mile to exceed expectations
4. Identifying client needs and spotting opportunities to upsell products
5. Ensuring all communications are professional and on-brand
6. Collaborating with Account Managers and internal teams to improve the customer experience
7. Providing solutions to customer challenges and following up to ensure resolution
8. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and maintaining account details
