What youll Bring & Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver compliance projects on time and within budget.
* Define objectives, milestones, and resource plans.
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Conduct assessments and audits, recommending corrective actions.
* Stay current with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Report findings and escalate issues to maintain momentum.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in compliance project delivery within insurance.
* Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks and policy environments.
* Skilled in cross-functional project management.
* Familiarity with Prince2 or Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
* Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
