With in house R&D and a strong reputation for engineering excellence, we are now building a brand new Production Engineering function within R&D. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead that function from the ground up. The Role - Production Engineering Manager - Cambridge You will lead the transition of complex electromechanical products from development into scalable, repeatable and quality driven manufacture. Acting as the bridge between R&D and Production, you will define the standards, processes and tools required to deliver robust New Product Introduction and long term manufacturing success. You will build and develop a multidisciplinary team across electronics, mechanical and software production engineering, ensuring products are production ready, compliant and cost effective.
