We are seeking an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyorto join our dynamic commercial team.In this roleyou will take ownership of financial and cost control across one or more developments from award through to final account completion.
Your responsibilities will include effective commercial management,accuratereporting, cash flow forecasting, subcontract administration, andtimelyprocurement. You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, promote best practice, andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, design teams, and the supply chain.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quantity surveying withinthesocial housing refurbishment sector,excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a strong understanding of contract law and cost control processes.
