We are now seeking an experienced and values-led Senior Project Worker to support the leadership and delivery of high-quality supported living services while empowering both service users and staff to thrive. This role combines direct support delivery with leadership responsibilities, supporting the Manager and Deputy Manager in the effective day-to-day operation and development of the service. About the Service Millburn Close is a 24-hour supported living service for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. Based in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Knockbracken Healthcare Park, the service includes a mix of self-contained flats and bungalows for 26 individuals, along with shared communal areas, activity spaces, and a team office. Our aim is to support each individual to live independently and with dignity, while providing person-centred assistance around their recovery, social inclusion, and emotional wellbeing. Who We Support We support adults aged between 18 and 76, living with complex mental health conditions including psychosis, depression, and substance use. Key Responsibilities You will: Support service users in managing mental health, wellbeing and independence Assist with rota planning, allocation of duties and coordination of support Mentor, supervise and guide project staff Deputise for management when required Facilitate partnership working and meetings Maintain safety, governance and quality standards Support staff development and performance management Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement Who We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience Applicants must meet one of the following: A Professional qualification for example: Professional Social Work Qualification and registered on the appropriate part of NISCC First level registered Nurse on the appropriate part of nursing and midwifery council register A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC And A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a health and social care setting OR QCF/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) plus minimum 4 years' experience in a social care setting Experience Experience liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies Understanding of managing monies Proven experience motivating service users Circumstances Flexibility to work across rota including early, late, weekend and night cover shifts Values Applicants should demonstrate Inspire values including inclusiveness, determination, kindness, honesty, innovation and passion.
