* Assess student progress through lab reports, presentations, and written assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance their understanding of chemistry.

Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science with a strong background and specialism in Chemistry.
* A good understanding of the secondary science curriculum and effective teaching strategies for Chemistry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex chemical concepts clearly and engagingly.
* Strong practical skills and experience in laboratory work, with a commitment to ensuring student safety.
