🔧 About the Role
We're hiring a Project Administrator to join a growing utilities contractor based in Leeds, supporting the delivery of key infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to play a vital role in keeping fast-paced projects running smoothly.
You'll be part of a collaborative team working on residential, commercial, and renewable energy developments - including EV charging, battery storage, and multi-utility installations.
📝 What You'll Be Doing
Supporting project managers and delivery teams with day-to-day administration
Managing documentation, reports, and project records
Coordinating internal communications and scheduling meetings
Assisting with procurement tracking and supplier liaison
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and client requirements
Helping maintain accurate data across systems and platforms
🎯 What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or project support role (ideally in construction, utilities, or engineering)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
