Job Summary
As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to enable the delivery of quality, person‑centred care and support. Your role involves supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants in partnership with the Deputy General Manager, and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and care reviews.
Responsibilities
* Provide person‑centred care to residents, ensuring dignity and preferences are respected.
* Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager.
* Support clinical teams with medication administration, assessments, care plans and care reviews.
* Create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for elderly residents.
* Warm‑hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care.
