CPSS are seeking an organised and proactive School Business Manager to oversee the school's financial, operational and administrative functions. Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of finances, HR, premises and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the school budget and financial reporting
* Overseeing HR processes and staff administration
* Managing premises, facilities and health & safety
* Supporting strategic planning and ensuring compliance with regulations
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong financial and organisational skills
* Be an effective communicator with leadership experience
* Ideally have experience in a school or public sector setting
