About You: Previous experience as AGM, AM OR Duty Manager, ideally in a busy, customer-focused environment. A strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver excellent results. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting. A hands-on approach with the ability to handle the day-to-day challenges of a high-volume venue.
