Customer Experience Executive | Bury | £25,000 per annum yearly bonus Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm Working pattern: Fully office based Are you an experienced customer service professional ready to take the next step in your career? KPI Recruiting are working with a highly reputable, growing company based in Bury, who are looking to expand their existing team of twelve in the Customer Service department. You’ll be the first point of contact for their customers via telephone, email and live chat, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery at all times. You will be: Handling inbound calls, emails and live chat enquiries from business customers Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally, transferring enquiries / issues to internal departments as required Maintaining accurate records of interactions using the in-house CRM system Sending emails to clients to provide updates regarding ongoing queries Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues Supporting the team in meeting service targets and KPIs You will have: At least 2 years of experience working in a collaborative customer service department, with the ability to communicate with customers via both written and spoken methods B2B customer service experience is highly desirable!
