Financial Planning Administrator – Chorley We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join the busy Chorley Office of this successful financial planning firm. Responsibilities This role forms a key part of the team and, as such, you will be involved in the day to day administration of financial portfolios, ensuring compliant and effective processes are followed and information is accurately processed and maintained. Your duties will include: * Writing letters and emails to clients. * Processing new business in relation to pensions, investment and protection. * Preparation of client review packs. * Adviser diary management, booking in appointments. * Obtaining valuations and illustrations. * Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with the firm's procedures. * Maintaining client records on the company software and ensuring the client and firms' files are well presented, accurate and compliant. * Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate or forwarding on if needed. * Other ad hoc administrative tasks.
