Programme Associate - Agroecology (Fully remote – open to candidates globally)
Full Circle Foundation, a values-led ecocentric grant-making organisation supporting regenerative, community-rooted approaches to environmental and social change, is seeking a thoughtful and grounded Programme Associate for our global agroecology programme.
This role involves strategy co-creation, relational grant-making, and partner accompaniment. We are particularly interested in candidates with lived or field experience in agroecology, regenerative economies, or biocultural systems.

Profile Attributes:
* Experience in agroecology and familiarity with FCF’s thematic or regional areas (Australia, Canada, Congo Basin, Amazonia, Melanesia, SE Asia)
* Understanding of the economic and livelihood aspects of agroecology, including food sovereignty and community wellbeing
* Experience with social change mechanisms and movement strengthening
* Ability to analyse socio-political power dynamics and advocate for reparative justice
* Knowledge of governance principles and support for grantees navigating organizational challenges
* Comfort working in ambiguous environments and embracing multiple ways of knowing
* Strong relational skills with a nurturing, listening-centred approach
* Familiarity with indigenous knowledge, regenerative practices, or alternative development paradigms
* Openness to challenging dominant paradigms and supporting radical imagination
* Alignment with FCF’s values and mission
* Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally
* Proficiency in English; additional relevant languages are a plus
* Experience working with Foundations is desirable
