Key Responsibilities
As a QA Specialist, you will:

Review customer journeys across New Business, Customer Services, Collections, and Resolutions.

Provide oversight to ensure adherence to regulations and internal quality standards.

Analyse data and interactions to spot risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
โ
Work closely with internal teams and outsourced partners to drive quality.

Deliver constructive feedback and support calibrations to align QA frameworks.
What We're Looking For
๐น Experience in a QA or compliance role within a regulated environment.
๐น Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and quality frameworks.
๐น Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
๐น Analytical mindset with experience using Excel and reporting tools.
๐น A proactive, driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
