Hanham Health is seeking a finance-focused Business and Administrative Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will be flexible, well-organized, capable of managing competing deadlines, and providing project support as needed.
The role involves handling confidential information with discretion and may require covering other roles within the organization, including support for premises management, procurement, HR, administration, policies, procedures, and patient communication.
Main duties of the job
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable & receivable
* Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records on Xero
* Assist in preparing monthly accounts and financial reports
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
* Handle monthly payroll processing and administration
* Maintain petty cash records accurately
* Support the Business Support Unit as required
