Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a strong understanding of anatomy and medical procedures. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Skills in additional specialties such as ear wax removal, vaccination and occupational health are highly desirable.
Duties
* Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition to the medical team.
* Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing licence.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
