Cowell Recruitment is delighted to assist our client in their search for a Commercial Account Executive based in Gloucester.

Commercial Account Executive Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with commercial clients.
o Act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly.
o Conduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and provide value-added solutions.
2. Sales and Business Development:
o Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
o Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
o Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing products or services.
o Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
3. Account Growth and Upselling:
o Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
o Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
o Develop tailored strategies to help clients achieve their business goals.
Requirements:
* Strong B2B or commercial sales experience. Candidates with 2+ years in personal lines or commercial insurance will be considered (training provided if needed).
* GCSEs including Maths (minimum grade 4/C).
* Previous sales experience.
