In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and expanding reach through paid channels, with a specific focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nThe job holder will be responsible for:\n\nTo work with the Digital Media Director to create strategy for client campaigns\nTo manage the creation (strategy and build) of campaigns\nTo manage the delivery, performance and reporting of B2B PPC, programmatic (ABM), and paid social campaigns.\nTo optimise and report on campaign performance using both platform and GA4 data, and presenting findings and insights to clients\nTo support the team with creation of proposals for new business PPC briefs including keyword research, benchmark KPIs, proposal writing and presenting to manager, clients or prospects\nTo support the team with relevant client admin such as invoicing media spendRequirements:\n\nPrevious experience in B2B and agency environments, specifically focusing on audience acquisition and lead generation.\nA solid understanding of paid media platforms, particularly Google Ads, LinkedIn\nStrong expertise in analytics, tracking, and tag management.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.\nProven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and drive results.\nFamiliarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign experimentation.\nProficiency in creating and testing audience targeting strategies.\nKnowledge of budget management and reporting tools
