We are looking for enthusiastic Community Healthcare Support Workers for the Night Nursing Team, to provide care and support for patients in the community setting as delegated by the registered nurse.
Access to a motor vehicle with an appropriate driving license is essential. Please ensure your application demonstrates that you meet the essential criteria listed in the job specification.
The team operates from 19:00 to 07:00, 7 days a week. Shifts are from 19:00 to midnight and from 19:00 to 07:00.
The post is for 15 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
To work within the District Night Nursing team to provide care and support for patients in the community setting as delegated by the registered nurse. You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of nursing care, without direct supervision, and may be required to demonstrate simple procedures to qualified and/or unqualified staff undertaking training where agreed with the nursing team.
