Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to support the manager in leading teams while providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Our mission is to help the young people we support reach their full potential and flourish, with their voices at the centre of our services. The service is designed to be needs-based, offering choice and inclusivity. We believe in empowering young people by building on their strengths and recognizing that each person in distress is unique and the expert of their own experience.
We facilitate engagement with community opportunities to help young people build a strong identity and work towards their desired future.
You don’t need to be a driver as the service has very good commuting links.
The shifts are 12 hours, covering weekdays and weekends, and include paid on-call duties.
