A supportive and well-established SEN school in High Barnet is seeking a dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder across a nurturing and structured learning environment.

The Role
You will:
* Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assist pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and classroom participation
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
* Help implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies
* Encourage positive social interaction and independence
* Support students with sensory and emotional needs throughout the school day
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* Patient, resilient, and empathetic
* Passionate about supporting children with SEN
* Experienced working with ASD, SEN, schools, or youth settings (preferred but not essential)
* Confident supporting behaviour positively and consistently
* A strong communicator and team player
* Available full-time during term time
