Construction Site Administrator
Location: Salford, Manchester
Type: Full-Time | On-Site | 3 Month Temp Role
Salary: £12.60 PAYE - Umbrella pay available
Start Date: Monday 11th August 2025
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Construction Site Administrator to join our dynamic team on a busy, fast-paced construction site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to support site operations and help keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site management team
* Maintain accurate site records, including deliveries, timesheets, and health & safety documentation
* Coordinate site communications and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and head office
* Assist with inductions and ensure compliance with site access protocols
* Monitor inventory and order materials as required
* Manage documentation flow such as RFIs, drawings, and change orders
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a construction site or similar fast-paced sector
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong computer literacy (MS Office, project management software a plus)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Knowledge of health & safety procedures is an advantage
