Job Title: Pricing & Revenue Analyst
Location: Central London (Zone 1)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
Reporting to: Commercial Director & CFO
About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Pricing & Revenue Analyst to join our team in Central London. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of finance and commercial strategy, working closely with both the Commercial Director and CFO to drive revenue growth, optimise pricing strategies, and enhance overall business performance.
This position offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to directly influence key commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and continuously refine pricing strategies across product categories
* Analyse sales, margin, and customer data to identify revenue growth opportunities
* Partner with commercial, sales, and finance teams to support strategic decision-making
* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to inform pricing models
* Build financial models to forecast revenue, margins, and promotional effectiveness
* Evaluate the performance of pricing initiatives and promotional campaigns
* Deliver clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
* Essential: Experience within consumer goods or retail environments
* Proven experience in pricing, revenue analysis, commercial finance, or similar analytical roles
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel (or equivalent) capability
* Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights
* Experience working with large datasets and financial modelling
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership
* Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive
Desirable Skills
* Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
* Familiarity with pricing software or advanced analytics tools
* Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or working towards
