We're Looking For: A leader with a proven track record in UK construction, possessing: * A construction-related degree (Chartered status preferred). * 5 years post-chartership experience with a leading consultancy. * Deep understanding of UK construction contracts, defect analysis, and procurement. * Experience in construction monitoring and employer’s agent roles.
