Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Requirements
* Management experience within young people's residential services
* RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
* Excellent working knowledge of Children's Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children's Act 2010
* Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
