Description WIN11871 Shared User Trax Park Doncaster Stock Administration Clerk We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic colleague to join our busy Administration team. This is a full-time position, working 37.5hrs per week on a rotating shift pattern. Role Profile: Working within a busy Administration office you will report to the Admin Team Leader and the Admin Manager You will effectively manage sale orders to ensure that the customers high level of expected service is met Your main duties will include booking in imports, generating picks, despatching, returns and managing POD’s You will maintain effective relationships with the customer, the team and other functions to ensure excellent customer service is achieved You will ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met and, where possible, exceeded You will help with introducing, implementing and supporting innovative ideas, changes and solutions Experience & Qualifications: Previous warehouse administration experience preferred Excel knowledge with experience of maintaining fairly complex spreadsheets Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work to deadlines and under own initiative A strong ‘Can Do’ Attitude Ability to manage and succeed in a very demanding environment Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in busy periods If you would like to apply for this role please login to your Oracle account, click ‘Current Jobs’ and then enter ‘WIN11871’ in the search bar and then apply as normal.
