Job Objectives:
* Planning and deployment of transport logistics
* Management and maintenance of racing equipment
* Procurement and management of consumables
* Care and maintenance of transport vehicles
* Assuming logistics tasks in the workshop and at the racetrack
Tasks:
* Planning logistics operations for racing events
* Creating loading plans and monitoring the loading process
* Route planning, including consideration of general conditions
* Fleet maintenance (service, workshop appointments, etc.)
* Maintenance and preparation of equipment in coordination with the Crew Chief
* Purchasing and inventory management of consumables
* Driving transport vehicles according to specifications
Requirements:
* Initial experience or professional qualifications in logistics
* Independent, motivated, and diligent work ethic
* Ability to work as a team and reliability
* Flexible working hours and availability on weekends and holidays
* Fluent German and English skills
* Class C/CE drivers license including driver qualification certificate and valid driver card desirable

Stellenziel:
* Planung und Einsatz der Transportlogistik
* Verwaltung und Instandhaltung des Rennsportequipments
* Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Verbrauchsmitteln
* Pflege und Instandhaltung der Transportfahrzeuge
* Übernahme von Logistikaufgaben im Workshop und an der Rennstrecke
Aufgaben:
* Einsatzplanung der Logistik für die Rennveranstaltungen
* Erstellung von Ladeplänen und Kontrolle über den Ladeprozess
* Routenplanung inkl. Berücksichtigung der Rahmenbedingungen
* Instandhaltung des Fuhrparks (TÜV, Kundendienst, Werkstatttermine etc.)
* Instandhaltung und Vorbereitung des Equipments in Abstimmung mit dem Crew Chief
* Einkauf und Lagerverwaltung von Verbrauchsmitteln
* Fahren der Transportfahrzeuge nach Vorgaben
Anforderungen:
* Erste Erfahrungen oder berufliche Qualifikationen im Bereich Logistik
* Selbstständige, motivierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
* Zeitliche Flexibilität sowie Einsatzbereitschaft an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
* Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
* Führerschein Klasse C/CE inklusive Fahrerqualifizierungsnachweis und gültiger Fahrerkarte wünschenswert
