About the Role: As a valued member of our Spa team, you’ll play a vital part in delivering a luxurious and restorative experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a variety of expert spa treatments such as Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, and Swedish Massage Promoting spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience Ensuring a calm, welcoming environment that reflects our 5-star standards About You: Our ideal candidate is: Professionally qualified with experience in luxury hotel spas Warm, attentive, and guest-focused with exceptional service standards Knowledgeable about LQA or Forbes 5-star standards A confident communicator with excellent English language skills Up to date with trends and new techniques in massage and wellness Please note: Applicants must already hold the Right to Work in the UK.
