About the role
Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and you'll be doing them all. By leading your team in Winchester, you will be responsible for your team to keep the grounds in wonderful condition. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Team Leader
* A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Previous experience working in Schools would be advantageous.
* Valid DBS dated within the last 6 months.
* PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
* Full UK driving license is essential.
