We are looking for a range of experiences in the following skills:
1. Expected to be an SME on SAP S/4 HANA Core Banking
2. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TRBK modules across transaction banking areas: Account Management (Deposits, Loans, Collaterals & Master Contract)
3. Payment Processing (domestic & cross-border)
4. Product Factory & Business Partner Integration
5. Responsible for team decisions
6. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
7. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
8. Lead the application development process
9. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
10. Ensure timely project delivery
Professional & Technical Skills:
11. Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Banking, SAP Transactional Banking (TRBK), Core Banking.
12. Good to have understanding of application development processes around SAP ABAP for HANA
13. Experience in leading application development projects
14. Knowledge of banking industry regulations andpliance standards
15. Excellentmunication and leadership skills
