My client is a Leading National Civil Engineering Contractor. They have an exciting opportunity for a Sub Agent to join their expanding operation in South Wales. You will be based on a construction site/s and report directly to the site agent. The successful candidate will work alongside the site foreman and works managers to manage and deliver the project. The sub agent will be responsible for the management of the project civil engineers and trainee engineers. This will include maintaining close relationships with their staff but also reviewing and giving constructive feedback on the quality of their work. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring a “safety first” attitude underpins all operations undertaken for the Company to ensure the health and safety of the company’s personnel and any other people working at or visiting site. Ensure all works are completed in full compliance with health and safety legislation and company policy and procedure. Ensuring any environmental protection measures are identified and implement the mitigating procedures and systems where appropriate.
