Change Analyst
UK-Based | Midlands (Northampton – 1–2 days onsite)

Overview We’re currently hiring multiple Change Analysts to support a large-scale ERP and warehousing transformation programme within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact programme where the focus is on people, communication, and successful adoption of change—not just process.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce clear, engaging change and communication content
* Support delivery of communication plans and stakeholder updates
* Develop training materials and user guidance
* Conduct analysis and research to support change activities
* Create and maintain change artefacts and documentation
* Work closely with Change Managers and project teams
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a Change Analyst / Change Management role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational ability
* Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
* Comfortable in customer-facing or consulting environments
* Strong focus on people and stakeholder engagement
Desirable
* Experience working on ERP or system implementation programmes
* Exposure to large-scale transformation or warehousing/logistics projects
