Finishing Manager - Commercial New Build – Derbyshire Location : Derbyshire Contract : Freelance / Temporary Start Date : Immediate Duration : 4 months (possible extension) Rate : £220–£250 per day (Umbrella PAYE only – No CIS) About the Role Join a leading main contractor delivering high-quality projects across healthcare and commercial sectors. We’re looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman / Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a major build in Derbyshire. You’ll manage finishing trades, coordinate snagging works, and ensure a defect-free handover while maintaining programme deadlines and health & safety compliance.
