TrueNorth are working with a growing fintech that are looking for an AI engineer, with experience of working on chatbots and ai/gpt automation to join the team during an exciting period of innovation for the organisation. You'll be working on internal applications of AI from development through to AI evangelism and working with the business on leveraging AI for their day to day work.
You will be responsible for:
* Designing and developing AI solutions and leveraging GenAI tools
* Prompt engineering and optimisation
* Automation of repetitive tasks
* Solving real world business challenges by leveraging AI
Key skills and experience required:
* Working in teams that developed chatbot type solutions (essential)
* Python (minimum 1 year)
* Experience of applying Gen AI frameworks to real world problems
* Have commercial examples of leveraging AI to solve business problems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management / engagement
We have a salary of up to £45k plus benefits - there is excellent learning and development opportunities here, you'll be given a software engineering mentor from day one to improve you skills and knowledge in any development areas.
The role can be remote but will require twice a month travel to Newcastle upon Tyne (all expenses will be paid)
