Summary
:
* Field – events and campaign program specialist will:
* Execute and oversee local marketing and outreach campaigns, bridging corporate strategies with regional needs by planning events and campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency in the field.
* Key responsibilities include coordinating multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn etc), analysing data for performance, and collaborating with sales and internal teams. The role requires strong data analysis, and project management skills to drive demand generation and achieve regional sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Design, coordinate, and launch regional marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events (in personal and virtually – i.e: webinars)
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, digital, content, partners and other internal departments to align field efforts with broader marketing strategies.
* Event & Vendor Management: Plan and execute local events like trade shows, seminars, and bespoke experiences, coordinating with sales colleagues, external vendors and partners.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all field-level activities and materials.
Essential Skills
* Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing campaign data to identify trends, measure ROI, and generate actionable insights.
* Project Management Skills: to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously, meet deadlines, stay on budget and ensure efficient execution.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, web, and email.
* Ideally some experience with key tools: Eloqua, Salesforce, Workfront, LinkedIn ads, Sprinkler
