Title: Finance Project Manager

Role Summary
The Finance Project Manager oversees all Finance-related integration activities. this individual manages systems transitions, reporting alignment, cost tracking, policy harmonization, and cross-department dependencies. This role requires working closely with Finance leadership, IT, HR, Risk, and external vendors to ensure a smooth, controlled integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all Finance merger integration activities
* Manage the Finance integration project plan and roadmap
* Assist in coordinating the integration of Elite 3E financial system and data
* Track Finance-related merger costs and provide forecasting
* Analyze and harmonize finance policies, controls, and procedures
* Run regular Finance workstream meetings, prepare status updates, and manage communications
* Maintain project governance documentation, RAID logs, and executive reporting
* Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation and resolution
* Support cutover planning, testing phases, and training coordination
Required Expertise
* Proven experience managing large-scale Finance or system integrations
* Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
* Familiarity with systems such as Elite 3E, Intapp, Emburse, or similar
* Strong data migration and project governance experience
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a high-pressure environment
