Our Food and Beverage Assistants work across our venues' cafés and bars to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. We are looking for additional team members to join us on a Casual basis, to pick up shifts during events, busy periods or as absence cover, with availability to cover at each of our venues.
Hours, Pay and Benefits
Hours: Casual basis - available shifts will be published in advance for you to accept which you are available to commit to work. Shifts can cover early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. On occasion, shifts may become available at short notice, therefore your flexibility is appreciated.
Pay: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage)

Key Experiences and Qualifications
Essential skills, qualifications and experiences for your application
1. Experience working in hospitality or customer-facing customer service
2. Food hygiene certificate
3. Payment handling / processing
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and busy environment
Beneficial skills, qualifications and experiences to your application
5. Bar experience
6. Experience working at large events
7. NVQ qualification(s) relating to food/catering
8. Ability to communicate in Welsh
Role Requirements
The main duties of the role include:
9. Serving and taking payment from customers
10. Assisting in preparation and presentation of food
11. Serving hot/cold drinks at our cafes and alcoholic beverages at our bars
12. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety
13. Assisting with deliveries and storage
14. Correct recording and storage of waste
15. Assisting at special events as required
