We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to help us identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. If you're organised, motivated, and skilled at building connections, we'd like you to join our team and play a key role in driving our continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify target prospects through digital platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
* Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn, introducing our services and qualifying opportunities.
* Manage and optimise our CRM, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up on all leads.
* Monitor the effectiveness of outreach efforts, report progress, and share insights with the sales and leadership teams.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills—confident in both written and verbal interactions with prospects and colleagues.
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a larger team.
* Strong familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead management best practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
